A NEW PROJECT

A biography

Here you are some hints to deal with this project:

• Choose a character you like or admire. It has to be someone who has died.
• Design a powerpoint or prezi presentation with some details of his/her life: name, date and place of birth, job, marriage, children, personality, important events in his/her life, date of his/her death...
• This project has to be done in pairs.
• You cannot read it. Try to learn it by heart.
• Be careful with the pronunciation of the past simple of the regular verbs.
• DEADLINE of the project: 3rd. November.

In this project I will evaluate not only your oral skills but also your writing.

Write an entry in your blog and tell me the classmate you are going to work with, the character you have chosen and why.

To commemorate this anniversary the bilingual students from 2º ESO have been acting out "HAMLET & THE LION KING". 

Even though Shakespeare's most famous tragedy Hamlet , Prince of Denmark, may have been written over 400 years ago, continues to have a strong presence on the entertainment industry today.

Disney's popular musical,The Lion King, containing singing and cartoons is much like Shakespeare's play.

Many of these similarities are seen through the characters between:

-Simba and Hamlet.

-Old King Hamlet and Mufasa

-Scar and Claudius

-Timone and Pumbaa with Rosencrantz and Guildenstern.

You have done very well guys!!!!!!
