- EAT WELL: fish, walnuts and eggs are good examples of food that improves your memory.
- DRINK PLENTY OF WATER: if you don't, you may find it more difficult to concentrate.
- GET ENOUGH SLEEP: if you're tired when you do the exam, all your hard work will be wasted.
- TAKE REGULAR BREAKS: do some stretching or work out between study sessions. You could even sing or dance for ten minutes!
- STRESS IS NORMAL: sometimes it can even help you feel more motivated.
